We strive to provide the best service possible. Please note the following regarding your appointments:

Technician Assignment: Appointments are scheduled based on the first available technician. While you are welcome to request a specific technician, please note that we cannot guarantee their availability.
Treatment Scope: Please be advised that these treatments do not include a facial.
Cancellations & No-Shows: We respect our technicians' time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this window or missed appointments will incur a fee.

Terms & Conditions

Promotional Micro-channeling: A mandatory $10 fee applies to all promotional micro-channeling treatments to cover the cost of the disposable cartridge.
Vouchers: Vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for exchange. Vouchers are intended for a single client and cannot be shared between multiple individuals.
Expiration Policy: Most deals do not expire. "Mega" deal promotions are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After 24 months, the original promotional value of a "Mega" deal can be applied toward the regular retail price of any treatment.
